Ying graduated from Georgia Tech with a M.S. degree in Geographical Information Science and Technology. She also holds a B.S. degree in Geographical Information Science from Wuhan University. Her five years of experience in GIS has enabled her to solve reality spatial problems about planning and GIS. She also has experience in data analytics and visualization.
