Job description
Modern Mobility Partners, a female and minority-owned transportation planning and traffic engineering firm founded in January 2018, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager. Join our award-winning firm to become a part of a great team and work on a variety of projects. Voted Best Places to Work 2020 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle!
Duties will include supporting our office manager with functions such as event planning, booking travel, organizing files, lunch orders for staff, research, shooting video, creating surveys, creating graphics, website updates, assisting with our office move in late 2023, and similar duties.
Full COVID-19 vaccination proof is required. This is a hybrid position, you must be located in the Atlanta GA metro area and be able to reliably commute to our office downtown. We are unable to consider candidates outside of Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Social Media Marketing & Administrative Intern | Part-time, Temporary, Atlanta, GA
Job description
Modern Mobility Partners (MMP), a female and minority-owned transportation planning and traffic engineering firm founded in January 2018, is looking for a Social Media Marketing and Administrative Intern with an interest in media, marketing, communication and design. Duties will also include supporting our office manager with functions such as event planning, research, shooting video, website updates, podcast editing and similar duties.
Full COVID-19 vaccination proof is required. This is a hybrid position, you must be located in the Atlanta GA metro area and be able to reliably commute to our office downtown. We are unable to consider candidates outside of Atlanta, GA.

This position pays $19-23/hour and will require 10-20 hours per week. Although some of the work can be done remotely, you will be required to be at our downtown Atlanta office and other locations to shoot video, conduct interviews and assist the office manager.
