As a benefit to employees with school age children, we hosted a virtual learning "pod" at our office with an instructor during COVID-19 when schools were not open for in-person learning. Parents were then free to work (mostly) uninterrupted. The ModMob Pod, as we called it, gained a lot of attention and the story was published by the Washington Post!
