Abigail has over 12 years of experience in Travel Demand Modeling, Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering Analysis, and Traffic and Revenue Analysis. Her expertise includes developing travel demand models and applying them in transportation plans, corridor studies, PD & E studies, scenario analysis, project prioritization, NEPA, PEL, and toll and revenue studies.

Before joining Modern Mobility Partners in 2024, Abigail worked as a Senior Travel Demand Modeler and Project Technical Lead at CDM Smith. In this role, she led travel demand modeling on several model development and application projects. Starting as a Junior modeler at CDM Smith, Abigail worked with different clients, including DOTs, MPOs, cities, counties, and toll & expressway authorities. She also worked at C&M Associates in Dallas, TX, where she was involved with traffic and revenue analysis.

One of Abigail’s notable projects was the SCDOT-On call modeling, where she led the development and update of the SC Statewide model and several SC MPO & COG models over 8 years. Other projects that Abigail helped lead include the North Carolina Statewide Transportation (NCSTM) Gen 4 Update & P4 Project Prioritization, Illinois Statewide Model Development, I-77 Corridor Study, SR 414 Extension PD & E Study, and I-73 Investment Grade Study. Abigail is proficient in TransCAD, CUBE, ARCGIS, TransModeler, and HCS Methods and is skilled at converting travel demand models between software platforms and from macro to microscopic models.
