Caleb Pak has a background in transportation planning, public policy, land use, and community development. He recently completed dual Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.

Caleb’s experience spans transportation funding, multimodal planning, freight and logistics planning, housing and land use policy, environmental justice, and community engagement. Prior to joining Modern Mobility Partners, he worked with the Orange County Transportation Authority, Alianza Coachella Valley, and USC METRANS Transportation Consortium, where he supported transportation funding strategies, policy research, freight and land use analysis, and planning initiatives focused on underserved and disinvested communities.

Passionate about creating equitable, sustainable, and healthy communities, Caleb leverages data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative planning practices to address transportation, land use, housing, environmental justice, and economic development challenges.
