Vinayak is a software developer specializing in urban planning tools, data science, and geospatial analytics. He combines expertise in software engineering, GIS, and data-driven technologies to develop innovative solutions that support transportation planning and decision-making.

Prior to joining Modern Mobility Partners, Vinayak worked at Consolidated Edison, where he developed new functionality for web, desktop, and mobile ArcFM-based applications that support utility operations, improving geospatial workflows and user experiences for field and office staff. He also worked at the New York Power Authority, contributing to cloud migration initiatives and developing business intelligence and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and an AI-powered keyword extraction tool.

Vinayak also served as a research associate, supporting professors and researchers in using urban data to address complex city challenges. His diverse background enables him to bridge technology and planning, transforming complex data into practical solutions that create meaningful public impact.
